  1. All gaming patrons must be 18 years old to wager and/or be allowed in the gaming area; a valid State or Federal issued photo ID* must be provided upon request and at the discretion of Management.

  4. Patrons are only allowed access to public areas of the casino. All visitors must sign in with security and receive a visitor badge to access restricted areas.
  5. The only animals allowed on premises are service animals.
  6. Children and service animals are not to be left unattended on casino premises.
  7. Shoes and shirt are required.
  8. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
  9. The use of photographic or video/audio recording devices and noisemakers is prohibited on the casino floor.
  10. Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by casino personnel.
  11. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on casino premises.
  12. All persons must vacate the premises when required by management and/or security.
  13. Patrons may be limited to one gaming machine during peak business hours.
  14. All gaming tickets/vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date printed.
  15. Two forms of valid identification are required for payouts over $1,199 (one must be a State- or Federal-issued photo ID).
  16. Cash payouts limits vary by facility; residual payments may be made by check owed to winner. Refer to cash cage for additional information.
  17. Tort and Prize Claim information is available upon request.
  18. The casino complies with Title 31 regulations; information is available at each cash cage. We reserve the right to require identification for any cash transaction; Prize wins must be claimed by the person playing the gaming machine.
  19. Patrons are responsible for notifying management immediately of any injury while on premises.
  20. All machine disputes must be reported to casino management immediately. If disputes cannot be resolved with management, players may appeal to the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner by completing a prize claim form.
  21. No prize amount shall be given over the maximum prize amount for the game played.
  22. The casino and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen gaming machine tickets, gaming machine cards or other personal items including stolen and/or damaged vehicles on casino property.
  23. Abandoned credits/tickets are property of the casino; the redemption of abandoned credits/tickets is not permitted at any time.
  24. The casino reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or eject any person.

  1. Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering is owned and operated by Gaughan South LLC dba South Point Hotel, Casino, & Spa. By opening a Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App (Mobile Wagering App), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these rules, as well as the Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App’s terms of use, privacy policy, and the house rules or event wagering rules that apply to your Mobile Wagering App wagering account or wagering activities using the account. If you do not accept and agree to the terms of use, rules, and privacy policy for Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App, you may not use the Mobile Wagering App.
  2. The Mobile Wagering App will accept Pari-Mutuel wagers throughout the State of Nevada. Nevada law prohibits wagers originating from outside the State of Nevada using the Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App. Placing a wager while outside of Nevada is a violation of Nevada law and may result in criminal prosecution of the account holder. You are solely responsible for any third party fees incurred, including but not limited to cell phone usage, data usage, or other charges.
  3. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  4. You must establish your Mobile Wagering App account at the South Point Race Book during normal Race Book hours. You must appear in person and complete and sign an enrollment form in front of a front line employee and Race Book Supervisor. In addition, applicants must provide a valid driver’s license, state issued ID, or Passport and their social security card or complete an IRS form W9 and provide the information required by and attest to statements required under NGC Regulation 26C.160. All information provided by you is deemed true, accurate and complete, and will be subject to third party verification.
  5. Upon opening an account, you will be provided with an account number and a password. It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of the account number and password. Passwords can only be changed in person at the South Point Race Book.
  6. There may only be one person allowed on each account. All transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, must be made by the account holder only. Agents or other representatives are not permitted. Wagering accounts may be used only by the person named on the application for such account. All deposits, as well as all withdrawals, must be made in person and signed and authorized by the account holder at the South Point Race Book.
  7. A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to open your Mobile Wagering App account and a minimum of $50.00 is required to replenish a wagering account. All deposits must be made with cash. Nevada residents who live further than 30 miles from the South Point Race Book may mail a postal money order or bank cashier’s check to the South Point Race Book for deposit. We reserve the right to put a hold on the money order or cashier’s check until the funds clear the bank. We will not accept credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, personal checks, or electronic transfers for deposits. Deposits are not allowed on locked or closed accounts. No interest shall accrue on deposited funds.
  8. All Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App Pari-Mutuel and Race Book House Rules apply to Mobile Wagering App accounts when not in conflict with these rules.
  9. A wager will not be accepted if the total value of the wager exceeds the wagering account’s balance.
  10. Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App accounts are subject to established wagering limits that are set at the Race Tracks offered.
  11. Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.
  12. The Mobile Wagering App will be available from 9:00 a.m. until the last race offered by the South Point Race Book. Hours may vary due to special events or early post times.
  13. Your Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App will accumulate points to your Postime Perks player tracking rewards account.
  14. Account Holder consents to monitoring and recording by the Gaming Control Board any of his/her electronic communications.
  15. Winnings are taxed and reported in accordance with IRS requirements. Mobile Wagering App account winning IRS tickets will be posted to the account. Wagering may be suspended until verification of all information and proper signatures are obtained. Please contact a Race Book Supervisor or come in to the race book to sign the W2G form.
  16. Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App rules, upon regulatory review, are subject to change by the South Point Race Book at any time. Please visit our website at southpointracebook.com and review the rules regularly to learn of any changes. We may update or change the Mobile Wagering App terms and conditions, house rules or privacy policy from time to time at our sole discretion and without advance notice to you. Your continued use of your Mobile Wagering App account after the posting of any change constitutes your binding acceptance of such change. If any change is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App entirely and close your Mobile Wagering App account.
  17. Upon reasonable request, The South Point Race Book will provide patrons a statement of account showing each wagering account deposit, each wagering account withdrawal, each credit to your wagering account, and each debit to your wagering account made during the time period reported by the account statement. You may dispute any transaction according to Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A or Title 41 of NRS 463.361-463.366, as applicable.
  18. When placing a wager the account holder must provide his/her account number and password for verification purposes. All wagers must be verified to the account holder at the time the wager is placed for confirmation by the account holder to constitute action and will be final and binding. A patron shall immediately inform the race book in the event the patron believes any error has occurred related to his/her account, his/her wager or any other transaction with the race app. If a race is locked out during a transaction, there will be no wager. Wagers cannot be cancelled after the wager is completed and verified. You acknowledge that a wager placed using the Nevada Race Book Mobile Race Wagering App is binding on you and South Point Race Book only when the Mobile Wagering App displays: (“Success bet placed.”) is your confirmation on your mobile device. Payments on winning wagers will be posted to your account as soon as reasonably practicable after the event is declared official
  19. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gaughan South LLC dba South Point Hotel and Casino, our respective directors, officers, employees, agents and other partners harmless from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to, related to, or arising out of your use of the software or the Pari-Mutuel Race wagering account, your connection to the Pari-Mutuel Race Mobile App, IPT or phone account, your violation of applicable Agreements or rules, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any other person or entity.
  20. You agree to use this account in accordance with all State and Federal Laws.
  21. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by South Point management in a manner decided by them to be the fairest to all players. If the player is not satisfied with the result of such decision, he/she will have the option to seek dispute resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
  22. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard, protect and keep the account access information and that Gaughan South LLC dba South Point Hotel and Casino is not liable to you for any losses arising out of or related to the use of the account by any other person who has accessed the account directly or indirectly from or through you or through use of your account information, password or other security authentication method.
  23. All wagering accounts are subject to Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 26C.160(6) and will only be active for wagering for a one year period after the account is opened unless the account holder: (a) places an account wager at least once every year; or (b) renews the account for an additional one year period and appears in person to sign a renewal form.
  24. You may close your Mobile Wagering App account at the South Point Race Book with a Supervisor.
  25. The South Point Race Book shall keep confidential, except from the account holder, the Nevada Gaming Control Board, or as otherwise required by applicable federal, state, or other law:
  26. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular person’s account;
  27. The amount of money wagered by a particular account holder on any event;
  28. The identities of particular entries on which the account holder wagered or is wagering; and
  29. Unless otherwise authorized by the Account Holder, the name, address, and other information in the possession of the South Point Race Book that would identify the Account Holder to anyone other than the South Point Race Book, Nevada Gaming Control Board, or as otherwise required by applicable federal, state, or other law.
  30. The South Point Race Book, in its sole discretion, has the right to:
  31. Refuse the establishment or maintenance of accounts for what it deems good and sufficient reason;
  32. Refuse deposits to accounts;
  33. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager for what it deems good and sufficient reason;
  34. Declare the account wagering system closed for receiving any or all wagers;
  35. Suspend or close any account at any time, provided, however, that when an account is closed, The South Point Race Book shall, within five business days, return the balance of the wagering account at the time of said action, subject to compliance with the Nevada Gaming Regulations, the South Point Race Book’s house rules, and federal and state laws and regulations, by sending a check to the Account Holder’s address of record.
  36. Close any wagering account when an Account Holder tries to operate with an insufficient balance or when the account is dormant for an unacceptably long period of time, as determined by the South Point Race Book in its sole discretion. In either case, The South Point Race Book shall refund the balance of the account, subject to compliance with Nevada Gaming Commission Regulations, the South Point Race Book’s house rules, and federal or state law.
